Registration (Payment Procedure)
Payment is possible only via bank transfer. All amounts will be payable in Euros (€).
Each participant should FIRST create an account by siging in the online registration system through the "Log in" option. After creating your account, you will immediately receive an e-mail at your e-mail address. Please follow the instructions in order to complete the procedure of account creation. Authors that already have an account for the abstract/paper submission process do not need to create a new account. After that you can Log In to the online registration system and register through the "Registration Form" option. Notice!!! we recommend that you create your account several days before registration to make sure that the account has been successfully created and you are able to log in.
AFTER completing the on-line registration form, each participant should also proceed with the bank transfer and send the copy of the bank transfer receipt to the Conference Secretariat via email on the same day of the deposit. Any form received without the payment receipt cannot be processed. Please make sure to use the payment code as a justification for your bank transfer as indicated below. You may edit/update your registration following the "Manage my Registrations" option -> 'Edit' per registration.
Please note that all payments must be done in Euros.
Upon receipt of registration form and payment, the Conference Secretariat will send you a written confirmation of your valid participation.

The total sum of payments which appear in the registration form should coincide with the amount of Euros written on the receipt of payment.
Any bank fees charged must be borne by the participant.
